How do I return products to MEN’S CURE?
You can return any item to us in its original packaging or in its original condition to Men’s Cure. Just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our website.

How do I return defective/damaged items and get a refund?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send the defective/damaged item in a secure packaging back to us. Attach a short note stating the reason for return, your order number, put the product in a secure package and send it to us via a reliable courier or mail. We will promptly issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product, including the shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our website.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?
You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the shipment.

How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on the value of the item and the payment option used to pay for the order in the first place, we will do the refunds.
